If you happen to receive a damaged or defective Plant or Pot/accessory/supplies, you can return it to us with the following conditions:
- We only accept return/replacement claims only if you notify us with details of any deficiencies within 24 hours of receipt/purchase of the Products. No requests for return will be accepted post 24 hours of delivery.
- No claims will be accepted if the plant is re-potted/change of pot/ change of potting media or bare-rooted as this can shock the plant and will affect the health of the plants after the transit shock.
- You will need to send an image of the Product by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for claiming that the product is damaged or is not meeting the description. The Product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery.
- If the package is not received within 3-6 working days, you should immediately contact us through email (email@example.com) to track your package and help you trace the package in case of delay in transit.
- You recognize that plants could be degraded, damaged, or killed by heat, cold, lack of water, exposure to direct harsh sunlight or chemical, improper handling or careless transportation and recognizes that after dispatching of the order all these factors are beyond the Company's control. We don't accept claims if the order is delayed transit and we weren't informed as per the above clause.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued as voucher code or the original payment account as per your request. If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
- The pick-up service charge will be deducted from the total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
- There will be cancellation charges of 5% of the total order amount on all cancellations and refunds.
Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like shipping, service charges are non-refundable.
